將糯米粉,泡打粉和糖拌勻。倒進1杯熱水,用筷子攪拌,再慢慢揉到粉團沒有粉粒,最後加入菜籽油揉到光滑不黏手。粉團蓋上保潔膜保濕。 |
Method
Mix the glutinous flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Pour in the boiling water and mix with the flour with chopsticks. Knead the dough until smooth. Add the the canola oil and continue to knead until combined. Cover the dough with a piece of plastic food wrap. |
